The idea behind the workout regimens at SpeedX Unyted is to present members with different workouts each time they go to the gym. Some of the workouts during a given session may include weight lifting, rowing, using a medicine ball, jumping exercises, and running exercises. Personal training is available for members who want to work one-on-one with instructors. Membership pricing is monthly, though the gym does offer three-month and 12-month unlimited plans for new members. These plans allow you to have unlimited access to the gym for three or 12 months before the monthly price of membership kicks in. The gym is open seven days a week, and regular sessions are scheduled throughout each day.

Function 5 Fitness
There are numerous exercise options available at Function 5 Fitness, which is located at 805 South La Brea Avenue. Personal training is available, in which an exercise regimen is developed based on an individual’s goals. Additionally, group kettlebell and fighter fit conditioning classes are also offered. Further, the gym offers Muay Thai classes for individuals of all skill levels. It should be noted that the gym requires members to take at least two Muay Thai classes before starting other classes. In terms of membership, the gym offers two types of 12-month memberships and two types of three-month memberships: The Essentials Group Class Memberships for both offer 15 classes per month while the Expanded Group Class Memberships for both offer 30 classes per month.
